Carribean Death Grippe
Just in time to save myself from the moniker which dare not speak its name, the newly anointed Mrs. Nordstrom and I have returned from a fabulous honeymoon in sunny Jamaica. Everything went smoothly, with the small exception of the horrible throat infection I developed on Thursday last.
Have not been able to return to work, and there will likely not be a post forthcoming, as I am turning in my cable modem to Time Warner today in advance of the combination of our households. As soon as I have a new connection up and running, I will post several of the 300MB of photos we took in that island paradise.
And to those who have not had the good fortune of visiting Jamaica, I say this: go as soon as you can. Irie, mon.
Out.

Now is the winter of our discontent...
I don't have the time or the energy to join the fray at this point. Therefore, my punditry will be fairly concise.
Word on the street is that my good friend, and Baylor Law School Alumnus, Joshua Zive, has been retained by BBC World Service to provide commentary on election law during tonights coverage. Those who have access to either BBC America TV or BBC World Service Radio (online streaming available) are encouraged to tune in between the hours of 6 pm and 3 am EST.
It's almost eleven o'clock here. I'm going to get a taquito.
